My fitness experience is well earned; as a youngster I represented the county of Kent in athletics, which led me to join the Royal Marines Commando and earning the coveted Green Beret, after passing the gruelling 30 week commando course.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over five years and have gathered lots of experience in Physical Education and exercise prescription. During my career I have completed numerous mountain endurance events, including the infamous Devizes to Westminster 125 mile canoe race, The 3 Peaks Challenge and leading six Maasai Warriors in the 2008 London Marathon.

Your time with me will be challenging but above all fun and no one session will be the same, whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit or have a specific event in mind.

I am also heavily involved in Warriors Return. This innovative, community based project is aimed at engaging both able and disabled ex-servicemen/women in the process of fundraising, design and construction of a pioneering outdoor eco-gym & obstacle course. This project also offers a unique collaboration opportunity for servicemen to work alongside young people who are at risk of exclusion and who may be having difficulties at school and/or with the authorities. My name is Kate Chapman, and I am qualified to REPS Level 3 in Personal Training, Sports Massage Therapy, and nutritional advice. I am enthusiastic and passionate about sport and training and have been involved in the health and fitness leisure industry since the age of 16. I participate in Triathlons and adventure running and am currently training for Ironman in Lanzarote.

My aim is to make sessions enjoyable, fun and individual to each person to attain their desired goals. I have worked with a variety of ages and abilities and am dedicated to achieving your targets, whether this is weight loss, building strength and muscle, reshaping and toning, regaining figure after pregnancy or just some encouragement and motivation.

Julie Reynolds O'Donnell

My name is Julie Reynolds O'Donnell and I have been passionate about food and nutrition for many years. I qualified as a nutritionist in 2010 with a 2.1 BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition.

As a nutritionist, I can appreciate that diet 'myths' and conflicting, often misleading, advice can make understanding the basis of a healthy diet difficult. Other factors that have an affect on our day-to-day lives, including time and money, can also create barriers to consuming a healthful diet.

'Fad' diets are often seen as the 'quick fix' or sometimes the only option but they can be unrealistic and difficult to fit in with 'normal' life, and they often only show short term results. Therefore, I work with clients to provide personal advice to help improve physical and mental health through easy to understand, easy to follow, realistic advice.

Whether you are training with 'Core Conditioning' to lose weight, to train for an event, for improvement to your fitness levels or for your own personal health needs, then gaining advice from me, as a beneficial addition to your training plan, could help you invest in a long term dietary lifestyle change by applying simple, effective changes to your diet.
